Cancer can affect anyone. And I am no different. In 2019, at age of 37, I was diagnosed with Stage IV lung cancer. As a non-smoker, exercise fanatic and health food nut, this came as a shock to say the least. However, with her husband, young daughter, parents, family and friends by my side, I have entered the best part of my life yet – my health restoration journey!

I quickly discovered alternative approaches to complement my medical treatment. I have embraced so many wellness practices that have led to my “miracle” results, according to my doctors at Johns Hopkins University.

I am now on a mission to help others – sharing my wealth of knowledge and insights to help anyone, especially women, live their best and healthiest lives. I recently launched my own healthy living lifestyle blog, LuvYourLungs.com, which features simple health hacks and plant-friendly recipes.

I am a fighter, a warrior with relentless, unwavering willpower and will CONQUER this disease. Please join me and LUNGevity as we STOP LUNG CANCER by donating. Every dollar LUNGevity receives, funds 12 more dollars of critical, life changing care and research. Let's help save some lives together! #luvyourlungs
