This virtual survivorship conference brings together hundreds of lung cancer patients and survivors from across the country and empowers them with information, resources, and guidance. These tools help people living with lung cancer take control of their lives and wellness to help them live their best life with cancer.

HOPE Summit sessions will be hosted by inspirational speakers, key experts on practical issues of survivorship, and lung cancer peers and will cover issues you face in everyday life, including:

Navigating mental health and sexual health
Financial issues such as insurance and legal rights in the workplace
Practical updates, such as living with lung cancer during COVID-19
And so much more!

All affected by lung cancer are welcome, including those newly diagnosed, in active treatment, or out of treatment. While this conference is focused on people living with lung cancer, anyone may register to attend.

The HOPE Summit is free to attend, but advance registration is required.

Register by April 15 to receive a Welcome Packet including t-shirt before the conference! Welcome Packets will be mailed within the US only.

COPE Summit, a companion conference to HOPE Summit specifically for caregivers, will be held June 25-26. Also mark your calendar for the International Lung Cancer Survivorship Conference, a virtual educational conference coming this summer.

Why Virtual?

While we would love to be able to gather in person, see each other’s faces, and give hugs to all our lung cancer family, it was necessary for this year’s HOPE Summit to be virtual.

First and foremost, the safety and health of our community is our greatest concern. The CDC currently recommends against non-essential travel and large gatherings to ensure the safety and health of ourselves and others. Many of our expert speakers are also under strict travel restrictions from their hospitals and institutions. Finally, due to local laws and regulations, venues are not accepting group conferences of our size. In order to maintain the highest quality and value of the event, we determined a virtual format would be the best option.

We’re excited to host events like HOPE Summit in person in the future, as soon as we can safely do so.
